Traditionally, the colloquium is held semi-annually in the summer and winter semesters. The universities

Currently, the following university groups have come together for the events:

As a rule, each group participates in a colloquium every two and a half years. As a rule, the universities within a group take turns in organizing the colloquium. The lectures

The respective organizer receives the current invitation list from the previous organizer. This list must also be sent to the Institute of Engineering Mechanics of the Clausthal University of Technology, which secures it. New interested parties have to be communicated to the ITM of the TUC to ensure the maintenance of the file. In the run-up to a colloquium, the following organizer should be identified and contacted by the current organizer (see planning list) in order to announce the upcoming event in the colloquium.
