The colloquium traditionally takes place every six months in the summer and winter semesters. The universities

As a rule, each group is involved in a colloquium every two and a half years. As a rule, the universities within a group take turns in organizing the colloquium. The lectures

The respective organizer will receive the current invitation list from the previous organizer. This list must also be sent to the Institute of Technical Mechanics at Clausthal University of Technology, which will save it. New interested parties must inform the ITM of the TUC so that the maintenance of the file is guaranteed. In the run-up to a colloquium, the subsequent organizer should be identified and contacted by the current organizer (see planning list) to announce the upcoming event in the colloquium.
